Short terms for a free tool that stores what you enter and exports it as text files.

1. What Ittrium Lore is

Ittrium Lore is a free tool for keeping the setup of a writing project (lore, characters, style, rules) and exporting it as small text files. The tool has no AI of its own. It does not write, change or check any text. It stores what you enter and turns it into text files when you press export.

If you connect Claude, Claude is a separate service from Anthropic. Anthropic’s own terms and privacy policy apply to it, and what Claude writes is not written by Ittrium Lore. Through the connector, Claude can read your book files, including the parts that stay hidden on screen, and it can save one decisions file per book. You can disconnect it at any time in Claude’s settings. If you use another AI app with the connector, that company’s terms and privacy policy apply instead.

2. Your content and your rights

You decide what you enter. Enter only content you are allowed to use. This includes names, characters, settings, texts and other material taken from existing works.

Ittrium Lore does not check your content. It does not publish it and does not make it available to other people. It gives you no rights to any existing work.

If you write fan fiction or other work based on someone else’s work, you alone are responsible for whether and where you may use and publish it, and for what you do with the exported files and with anything Claude writes for you.

Do not enter private personal data of other people, such as home addresses, phone numbers or health details. Ittrium Lore is for the setup of a writing project, not for storing personal records.

We do not read your books as part of running the service. There is no admin tool that shows book text. The operator can technically query the database, and does so only to handle a legal report, an order from a court or an authority, or a fault you ask us to look into.

3. Reports and removal

If you believe that content stored in Ittrium Lore is illegal, write to support@ittrium.co. Please send:

  1. Your name and email address.
  2. Where the content is: the account or book, as far as you know it.
  3. Why you think it is illegal.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete.

We look at each report without undue delay. We may remove or block the content or close the account, and we tell the account holder why. We cannot judge every copyright question in detail, for example whether a work is a permitted parody or pastiche. If a report is plausible, we may remove the content first.

4. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, for gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law does not allow a limit. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an essential duty, and only for the damage that is typical and foreseeable. Beyond that we are not liable.

In particular, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for claims of third parties that rest on content you enter, or on how you use exported files or what Claude writes. The tool is free and provided as it is. We do not promise that it is always available. Keep your own copy of your books: the backup file is for that.

5. Account, changes, law and contact

You can stop using Ittrium Lore at any time and delete your account in the app. You can also ask us at support@ittrium.co. We may close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and we tell you why. You must be at least 16 years old to use Ittrium Lore.

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page. German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live stay in force.
